The standard NS2-160 Molded Case Switch features an internal short circuit release (for Self Protection,) high short circuit ratings as standard, and complies with UL 489 / CSA 22.2 No. 5-02 regulations. It is also CE marked and conforms to IEC standards. The NS2-160 molded case switch is fully suitable as a feeder or branch circuit disconnect in the North American market. Furthermore the NS2-160 is easily field modifiable to add accessories such as Voltage Trips (Under Voltage and Shunt) and auxiliary contacts. |
